Qualifications: Education: MD or DO. License: Currently licensed to practice in the State of Florida. Minimum formal training: Successful completion of an Accreditation Council of Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) or American
Osteopathic Association (AOA) accredited residency training program in pediatrics. Documentation of Cases: Provision of inpatient care for at least 24 patients as the attending physician or consulting Pediatrician during the past
24 months. Board certification: Current certification or active participation in the examination process leading to certification in pediatrics by the American Board of Pediatrics or the American Osteopathic Board of Pediatrics with

Hospitalist needed in western
Massachusetts. Client currently has a full time Hospitalist service which operates on a 24/7 basis. Join eleven full time physicians and one part time physician working on this service. The Hospitalist service
started in October, 2003, and has been popular with the physicians utilizing the service. Physicians currently practicing on the service are board certified in adult Internal Medicine or Family Practice medicine. The Hospitalist service assists with admissions,
discharges and inpatient care for the patients assigned to the service. At the present time, the service has been opened to all primary care physicians on the medical staff. Currently most of the physicians work four 10 hour shifts. A
salary of $140,000 per year plus a complete benefit package, to include health, dental, life, disability, pension and malpractice insurance is being offered. The medical center has an extremely busy emergency department, which is staffed
by board ER physicians. The medical center has a critical care unit consisting of intensive care and telemetry, birthing center, sleep lab, women's center, comprehensive imaging service, medical/surgical units, peri-operative areas,
etc. Board certified physicians are preferred, except in the case of graduating residents who are eligible to take their boards in August of each year. This is not a visa opportunity. Quality focused Hospitalist program with base comp between $150,000 and $165,000, plus bonuses for productivity and quality equaling $30,000 annually (in two bi-annual payments). The program
requires Hospitalist in house 12 hours per day and on phone call during the night, but with senior critical care residents staffing the hospital, it will be rare for the Hospitalist to come into the hospital at night.
